It's now possible to allocate an instructor in advance, to teach a certain lesson at a certain time.
- Very useful to manage a good ratio of beginner/advanced lessons: if many beginner slots book up, you can reserve some instructors for advanced lessons.
- Create a specific schedule ahead of time: you can ensure certain lesson will always be given at a certain time.
'Edit' the instructor by clicking the pencil in the top right corner of the instructor box:
In the Day Planner you will see when a lesson is allocated to a certain instructor:
Attention! When you just allocate a lesson, the instructor will not (yet) be blocked for the duration of this 'potential' lesson.
Only when an actual customer is scheduled, the instructor is blocked for overlapping timeslots.
