Want to see which discount codes have been used and how much discount was given?
The Discounts report shows discount code usage during a selected period. It includes Generic, Private, and Batch discount codes.
View discount code usage
- Go to Reports → Discounts.
- Select the date range you want to review.
- Review the discount codes used during that period.
Each entry shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | When the discount was registered. |
| Booker | The customer who made the booking. |
| Booking | The related booking number. |
| Product | The product associated with the booking. |
| Discount code | The code that was used. |
| Amount | The discount amount. |

All three discount code types appear in the same report, so you don't need to check them separately.
