We want the best service possible for our guests

‘With Viking, we are using a system that fits our surf school. It’s customer oriented, with features like self-online booking, automatic e-mails and direct online payment. This meant less work for us and great service for our customers. It is easy for guests to make bookings on the website without complications. We’ve had only positive reactions.

Extra specific development

‘Viking is always looking to improve where they can. Of course, the development of software is never finished. But if we want to develop things in the program there is always a possibility. The rental function is, for example, developed after our request.

Viking has a great helpdesk

‘I am happy with the helpdesk Viking Bookings created, they made everything clear with pictures, so we don’t have to call in for all the small questions. Nevertheless, Viking Bookings is easy to contact and always happy to help us.‘
