- ‘Daybook’ – program to keep track of further development – sometimes cases of customers are used as an example.
This information is (exclusively) provided to a third party which cooperates with VIKING for the implementation of the Service or which provides support services for the implementation of the Service. This Personal Data may only be used by that third party for the purpose of the Service of VIKING. VIKING stipulates the arrangements it makes with these third parties regarding the Personal Data contractually.
Transfer of personal data
To achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, we may transfer your data outside the EEA. If this is the case, we will take the right measures to ensure that personal data will be well protected. For transfers to the United States, we make sure that such an American party is compliant with the Privacy Shield. For other transfers we can transmit your data to a country recognized by the European Commission for providing an appropriate level of protection for Personal Data.

Our clients determine what other services or plug-ins they use. This Privacy Statement is not applicable to such other services or plug-ins, nor to third party websites which are visited through links.
