You can use a separate mailbox to keep a record of outgoing customer communication.

SMS notifications with MessageBird
Viking uses MessageBird for SMS notifications.
To configure MessageBird, enter your live MessageBird API key in the Messagebird field.
SMS messages aren't being sent?
Check the following:
- Sender name: Make sure the sender contains no more than 11 characters.
- MessageBird credits: Check that you have sufficient SMS credits.
- SMS templates: Make sure your SMS templates are configured correctly, including any templates used for messages sent before a lesson.
Logos and student dashboard colours
Under Student Dashboard, you can configure three colours: Link colour, Mouse-over colour, and Menu bar background colour.
The link and mouse-over colours are used for links and buttons. The menu bar background colour also appears behind your site logo.
Upload your Site logo as a PNG image for the customer dashboard. You can also add a separate email logo, which appears above the greeting in customer emails. The email logo image should be no taller than 90 pixels and should be clearly visible on a white background.
For setup steps and tips, see Customize your school's logos and colours.
