Allow Viking to work in various languages

Learn how to set up multi language booking forms

1. Translating e-mailtemplates

In the top right corner of your system, there is an option to change the language. Once you have switched to the language you want, make sure to modify all email templates accordingly.

2. Translating product categories

To access the desired translation, navigate to settings, then go to products, followed by categories. Click on the specific product category and scroll down until you find the 'translations' section. Fill in the desired translation in this section.

4. Translating product variants

To access the translation settings for a specific product variant, navigate to the settings menu, then select "products." From there, locate the desired product and click on it. Scroll down until you find the "variants" section, and open the variant you wish to modify. Within the variant settings, locate the option labeled "Translated title on booking form" and enter the desired translation.

5. Build a booking form for the specific language

In order to allow a student to make a booking in their preferred language, create a booking form that is available in their specific language. When the student uses this form to make a booking, they will be directed to a version of the website in their own language, and they will receive all communication, including emails and SMS, in their preferred language.
