How does VIKING activity booking software work? Within the system there are different user roles that can be logged in at the same time:
Instructor – puts his availability in the system. If he does not, the software will automatically mail him he should do so.
Student – booked and paid online from your website. Having done that, the student plans its data directly on the availability of the instructor.
Head instructor – Can make decisions if the lessons continue or not. If the lessons continue, he selects the courses that go on, all the students get a reminder by email and SMS that the lesson is on. If the lessons do not continue, the students get aa text and email saying that they can reschedule their lessons themselves.
Planner – can directly add new students in the online calendar, can reschedule students, remove students, assign other instructors to students etc.
Administrator – can change locations, change products, and user settings.
